Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of parkway3.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by [Parkway Real Estate legal entity name, e.g. Parkway Real Estate, LLC] ("Parkway Real Estate," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Parkway Real Estate
Parkway Real Estate is a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Minnesota, with offices in Burnsville and Mankato. We serve clients in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.

No Agency Relationship
Using the Site, submitting a form, or sending us a message does not create an agency, client, or fiduciary relationship between you and Parkway Real Estate or any of our agents. A brokerage relationship exists only after the required Minnesota agency disclosure has been provided and a written agreement, such as a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement, has been signed.
Please do not send confidential information about your negotiating position, price, or motivation until a written agreement is in place.

Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, videos, and the Parkway Real Estate name and marks, are owned by or licensed to Parkway Real Estate and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Some photographs, renderings, and listing materials are owned by third parties and are used with permission.

 

Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may include links to, or tools provided by, third parties, such as property search tools, maps, lenders, development websites, and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

Wire Fraud Warning
Parkway Real Estate will never send you wiring instructions or ask you to change wiring instructions by email or text message. Before wiring any funds, always call your title or closing company directly at a phone number you have verified independently. We are not responsible for losses caused by fraudulent wiring instructions.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Changes to These Terms
