Email Communications

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email or by contacting us. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send messages related to an active transaction or request.

Property Listings and Third-Party Data

Some property information on the Site may come from a multiple listing service or other third-party sources. That information is considered reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. How Long We Keep Your Information

Minnesota law requires licensed real estate brokers to keep transaction records, such as listing agreements, buyer representation contracts, and purchase agreements, for six years. When records are no longer needed, we dispose of them securely.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no website, email, or online transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Wire fraud warning: Criminals sometimes pose as real estate agents or title companies to steal closing funds. Parkway Real Estate will never send you wiring instructions or ask you to change wiring instructions by email or text. Before you wire any money, always call your title or closing company directly at a phone number you have verified independently.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

Ask what personal information we have about you
Correct information that is inaccurate
Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law
Opt out of marketing emails, texts, or calls

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
