About us

For more than 23 years, Rebecca Thate has guided clients across Mankato and the South Metro through residential and commercial real estate, from first homes and next-season moves to development land and business properties. Nearly all of her work comes from repeat clients and referrals: builders, developers, business owners, and families who trust her to see the whole picture. Rebecca pairs a genuine care for people with a clear-eyed read on the market, bringing steady advice, sharp negotiation, and a plan behind every decision. To her, real estate is a way of life, and the best outcomes come from knowing both the numbers and the people. As co-founder of Parkway, she built the kind of brokerage she'd want in her own corner.

Sofia Roessler has been in real estate most of her life. She grew up going to showings, open houses, and closings, and learned early that every move is about the people behind it. Now she brings that background to Parkway with fresh energy, a strong work ethic, and the same mix of care and strategy the brokerage is known for. Whether you're buying your first home or starting your next chapter, Sofia will be responsive, prepared, and fully on your side.
